For me, Zojirushi rice cooker NS-ZCC10 is really a dream rice cooker machine!
This Zojirushi NS-ZCC10 rice cooker have received top rating from cook illustrated and more. It’s really as good as Sanyo rice cooker ( one of the best rice cooker ) but with more advance feature and higher price.
Well, experts have picks this as best programmable fuzzy rice cooker in their overall rice cooker testing and review.
In the rice cooker review, they have found out that Zojirushi rice cooker automatically adjust for different kinds of rice and store your texture preference, and the trade off is longer cooking time.
My Personal Zojirushi Rice Cooker Review

Zojirushi rice cooker cook rice with tremendous ease even though it’s has more features in it. Zojirushi NS-ZCC10 can cook up to 4 cups of raw rice that good enough to serve 3-4 people in the family.
One thing to note here is … it’s lacking of streaming basket and incomplete instruction manual, but since I don’t use streaming basket or read any rice cooker manual, I guess I will give it a 5 star for this rice cooker review except its a bit higher price compare to other rice cooker.
Zojirushi Rice Cooker Extra Feature
What is the extra feature? Well, you can read more about Zojirushi NS-ZCC10 advance feature and product description at Amazon. The model has earns a lot of good Amazon review from Zojirushi owner, they love it and happy with Zojirushi NS-ZCC10
. And I think I have say enough good think about this Zojirushi in my rice cooker review here. Well, check out the Zojirushi nano feature. This Neuro has just about every feature you could want, including fast-cook, re-warm and extended keep-warm settings … oop, I think I have give away the extra feature here:P

Hello! I came across your blog searching the web for advices on buying rice cookers. I have one question (if you can help me): which one do you consider the best between the NEURO FUZZY and INDUCTION HEATING models? (both of Zojirushi)i saw that the latter costs more and seems to have more performances. (it also costs more). Consider that i buy it mostly for cooking rice sushi.
Thanks for your (possible) help!

Hi Matt, I am happy to help here. The induction heating is a new thing that use magnetic technology that allow quicker, more evenly distributed heat for cooking perfect rice. Of course, it’s claim to be better and cook more evenly then fuzzy logic technology.
Personally, I think both fuzzy logic and induction heating rice cooker is great for cooking sushi rice. Unless you are tremendous picky about your sushi rice evenness, using fuzzy logic rice cooker is really good enough:)
